Our Maintenance Call Out Service is designed to keep your kit in top shape, delivered with expert advice and support from a passionate drum teacher. Cancellation Policy
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY BOOKINGS BE RESCHEDULED OR REFUNDED. I operate a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY to all customers asking for bookings to be rescheduled or refunded if they are unable to attend. Any client asking will be instantly refused and clients that have previously asked are now BARRED from attending in future. Cancellation or failure to attend is forfeiture of that booking. Pete is not required to reschedule or make up bookings unless he is unable to attend or otherwise responsible for the cancellation. Please be sure you can attend prior to placing your booking.
