Fixed Weekly Lesssons - Terms and Conditions
I want to guarantee you a space on my schedule for the foreseeable future and this is your chance you keep the time and day you request for as long as you want drum tuition. On this page you'll find some typical FAQs regarding weekly fixed lessons.

Cancellation Policy
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY LESSONS BE RESCHEDULED OR REFUNDED.

We operate a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY to all customers asking for lessons to be rescheduled or refunded if they are unable to attend.
Any client asking will be instantly refused and clients that have previously asked are now BARRED from attending in future. Cancellation or failure to attend is forfeiture of that lesson.
Pete Beswick Drums is not required to reschedule or make up lessons unless they are unable to attend or otherwise responsible for the cancellation.
What if there are 5 days in a month that I have lessons?
You get the 5 lessons that month! If there are e.g. 5 Mondays instead of 4 for a specific month you get the 5th lesson that month!
What if my teacher is ill and I've already paid in advance for that months lesson?
The lesson will be refunded using the same bank account as used when signing up. Or the lesson will be conducted by an alternative teacher.
What if myself/child is ill or I/we can't make a lesson that month?
Cancellation or failure to attend a lesson is forfeiture of that lesson. Pete Beswick Drums is not required to reschedule or make up lessons to the student unless the teacher is unable to attend or otherwise responsible for the cancellation of the lesson. Lessons are non-transferable and must be attended by the person whose name they were booked in each week and not transferred to another person or individual.
What happens at Bank Holidays and Christmas?
The lesson that fall on bank holidays will be refunded using the same bank account as used when signing up. Any lessons that fall around the festive period will also be refunded.
What happens when my teacher is on Holiday in the Summer?
All subscriptions will pause on 1st August each year and no payments will be taken until 1st September when lessons resume.
Can I sit in whilst my child has their lesson?
All lessons are one to one between the teacher and the student only. Parents/Guardians are required to drop off and then pickup before the conclusion of the lesson. All progress, feedback and homework will be sent using the email provided on the subscription before the lesson ends. No feedback will be given verbally at the end of the lesson.

If your child is unable to attend without the parent/guardian being present they are to young to receive drum tuition.
What if I want to cancel my contract?
Rolling monthly contracts can be cancelled at any time you wish to no longer receive drum tuition. No long-term commitments are requested. There will be no guarantee the same day and time will be available if you wish to restart a previously cancelled monthly contract. Pete Beswick Drums also holds the right to cancel a students contract at any time they feel fit. To cancel your current contract simply email at: petebeswickdrums@gmail.com
I don't want to go onto a monthly contract. Can I do pay as you go?
Yes, but there is no guarantee you will be able to keep booking the same day and time moving forward. Lessons can be booked using the website at your own convenience.
I want to go ahead. How do I confirm my day and time?

This day and time is then yours for the duration of the plan.
How do I know how many lessons I've got left if I cancel my contract?
Simply email at: petebeswickdrums@gmail.com and we'll remind you when your monthly contact will end and how many lessons are left.
